Non IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
• Understand client hiring requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and database searches.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and ensure successful offer closures.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and TATs.
• Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in sourcing for Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, FMCG, Pharma, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, HR, or Administration roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good stakeholder and client management skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
