Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of recruiters to achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Handle bulk and volume hiring NON IT across multiple locations and profiles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
• Track team performance, productivity, and daily recruitment metrics.
• Ensure timely closure of client mandates and open positions.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
• Monitor candidate pipelines, interviews, selections, and joining ratios.
• Train, mentor, and motivate recruiters to improve productivity and quality.
• Prepare and share recruitment MIS, performance reports, and hiring updates.
• Identify challenges in the recruitment process and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper follow-up with candidates to minimize dropouts and improve joining ratios.
