Role Summary

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback and offer discussions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate candidate data.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Drive positions within defined TAT and hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
• Good sourcing and screening skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
