Key Responsibilities

• The Hunt: Source, engage, and vet the best US non-IT talent using creative sourcing techniques across job portals and professional networks.
• Own the Cycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment. From the first interaction to the final offer letter, you drive the process.
• Be the Bridge: Act as the primary connector between talented professionals and high-impact global projects.
• Build the Network: Cultivate strong candidate pipelines in high-demand technical and non-technical domains.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in US Non-IT Recruitment
• Domain Expertise: Experience hiring for Light Industry.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)—you can build rapport with candidates across the globe.
• Grit & Drive: You are target-driven, thrive under pressure, and love the thrill of closing deals.
