Role & responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
