Job Description

We are hiring NON-VOICE AGENTS to assist customers through chat and email.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
• Provide accurate information and solutions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues when needed
• Meet service quality and performance targets

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Open to Senior High School and College graduates (High school/SHS graduates with call center experience are preferred)
• Good written English communication skills
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Able to multitask and pay attention to details
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Training

• Paid training provided
• Training on company tools, systems, and procedures

Pay: Up to Php27,000.00 per month
