Non-Voice Chat Support (Retail)

• Handling basic customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns
• Assisting with general support tasks as needed
• Managing assigned customer cases until resolution or responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolve them in accordance to SOP
• Addressing customer concerns using a customer-first approach
• Assessing the severity level of customer complaints and is proactive in escalating issues promptly

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least High School Graduate (if old curriculum)/SHS Graduate (if new curriculum)
• Good in English communication, with little to no discernible accent
• With 50 WPM or faster typing speed
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience, experience in e-commerce is preferred/multiple chat support experience is a plus
• Must be willing to work in shifting schedule and work during weekends

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
