• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Follow up on pending queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
• Update and maintain customer interaction records in the system.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
