• • Written Communication: Answer customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide information via live chat, social media, or email with proper grammar and etiquette. • Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer records or transaction details in company software. • Multitasking: Handle multiple live chat sessions simultaneously or manage a designated queue of email tickets. • Problem Solving: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to troubleshoot issues, escalating complex cases to senior teams when necessary. • Target Adherence: Meet performance metrics such as Average Handle Time (AHT) for chats, First Response Time (FRT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• • Education: Graduate or diploma holder in any stream (specific back-office roles like medical billing may prefer arts/science backgrounds). • Typing Skills: High typing speed and accuracy, typically a minimum of 30 to 35 words per minute (WPM). • Language Proficiency: Strong written and reading comprehension skills in English. • Technical Literacy: Basic proficiency in computers, MS Office (Word & Excel), and familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce.
