• Education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any stream (freshers are often eligible). Communication: Exceptional written English skills with proper grammar, punctuation, and a polite tone. Typing Speed: Good typing speed and accuracy (typically 30–40+ WPM). Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel), and web navigation. Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple live chats or manage high volumes of emails simultaneously.
• Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via email, live chat, or messaging apps. Back-Office Operations: Perform data entry, billing, document review, account verification, and record updates.

Issue Troubleshooting: Analyze user problems, apply standard operating procedures (SOPs), and use pre-approved templates or knowledge-base articles to resolve issues. Escalations: Identify complex or unresolved technical/billing issues and route them to higher-level teams. Documentation: Log interaction details, update CRM tools (such as Salesforce or Zendesk), and maintain ticket history accurately. SLA Compliance: Meet daily targets for First Response Time (FRT), Average Handle Time (AHT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores
