Customer Service Representative Non- Voice process

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Job Role: Customer Support Executive

Process Type: Non-Voice / Chat Support

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA

Shift: Day Shift

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working

Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries through chat/non-voice channels.

* Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.

* Maintain excellent customer service and quality standards.

* Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

* Maintain proper documentation and update customer information.

* Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

* Meet process-specific productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility

* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support/BPO/non-voice/chat process.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Good typing and computer skills.

* Ability to work in a day-shift environment.

* Candidates should be comfortable working with rotational week-offs.

* Graduation is preferred.
