Role & Responsibilities

• Process non-voice transactions including data entry, form validation, and document verification with 99%+ accuracy.
• Adhere strictly to SOPs, quality checklists, and client-specific compliance protocols for every task.
• Use proprietary tools and CRM platforms to log, track, and escalate exceptions or discrepancies in real time.
• Meet daily productivity targets (volume + quality) while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with team leads to suggest process improvements that reduce turnaround time or error rates.
• Participate in mandatory training, QA audits, and feedback sessions to continuously elevate performance.
