Join a team that delivers reliably—every mile, every stop. As a Non‑CDL Route Driver, you’ll combine safe driving, customer care, and precise recordkeeping to ensure products arrive on time and in great condition.

Your impact

• Operate a box truck with a GVWR under 26,001 lbs (and other vehicles as assigned) to complete approximately 10–20 deliveries per day.
• Meet tight timelines and uphold safety standards in all weather.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to keep equipment road‑ready.
• Maintain compliant documentation: driver’s logs, fuel purchase logs, and all records required by company policy and law.
• Use a company-issued handheld device to track, confirm, and close out deliveries.
• Provide clear, courteous communication to customers, peers, and leaders.
• Collect payments from customers at delivery when required.
• Assist with loading and unloading; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers occasionally.

Physical expectations

• Lift 50 lbs frequently; lift up to 80 lbs on occasion.
• Team-lift or use mechanical assists for commercial tires.
• Exert up to 40 lbs of pushing force when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Workdays typically span 8–12 hours.
