Nonla Burger Server

Nonla Burger is looking for an energetic and motivated server to join our team! We are seeking a reliable, part-time and full-time servers who will work 15-40 hours a week. Availability to work days, nights and weekends are a must. Our busiest times are Friday-Sunday, so having weekend availability is crucial when working at Nonla Burger.

We're a progressive restaurant who’s looking for people who don't need to be micromanaged. You must be hardworking, self-motivated, have a passion for food, willing to learn, have an awesome attitude and be great at communicating. Most importantly to have fun while serving good food!

This is Nonla Burger's 4th location (2nd in Grand Rapids) and subject to open to the public by the end of this month! Shifts will most likely look like 10:40am-4pm or 4pm-10pm (depending on the day)

Hours of operation:

Tuesday - Thursday 11am-9pm

Friday & Saturday 11am-10pm

Sunday 11am-8pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide the utmost customer service and experience for our guests.
• Know how to listen and communicate appropriately.
• Be able to explain our menu, and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes
• Take care of Guests the way you want to be taken care of
• Work as a unit and be team oriented.
• Adhere to Nonla Burger duties and side-work checklist standards

Qualifications:

• Must be 17 years of age or older to apply
• Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
• Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs
• Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Be willing to work nights & weekends
• Passion for serving good food and making people happy
