🌷 MIMI VAZA is growing and we’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in the continued growth of the brand.

This role is responsible for the full operational process, from managing orders and production, to team and inventory management, logistics, quality control, and improving operational processes.

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership and management skills, a systematic approach and great attention to detail, someone who knows how to create order, drive processes forward, and make decisions in a dynamic environment.

What will you do?

• Manage and monitor daily orders, including flower arrangements, plants, gift boxes, and pantry items

• Oversee large-scale business orders and special projects

• Plan and manage workflows for complex orders, including purchasing, documentation, quality control, and delivery scheduling

• Directly manage, train, and motivate the florists and operational team at the logistics center

• Recruit and manage additional staff during peak periods and special projects

• Build work schedules and manage workloads in real time

• Manage inventory of raw materials, flowers, packaging, and related products

• Work closely with the delivery team and other brand interfaces

• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes at the logistics center

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in operations or logistics management ( significant advantage for experience in retail, events, or the floral industry)

• Proven experience managing teams directly and leading tasks in a hands-on environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, responsibility, organization, and strong attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing workloads in real time

• Proficiency in inventory/operations management systems and Microsoft Office

• אחריות על תפעול הזמנות עסקיות בהיקפים גדולים ופרויקטים מיוחדים

• תכנון וניהול תהליכי עבודה להזמנות מורכבות, כולל רכש, תיעוד, בקרת איכות ותזמון אספקה

• ניהול ישיר, הכשרה והנעת צוות השוזרות והעובדים התפעוליים במרלוג

• גיוס וניהול צוותים מתוגברים בתקופות שיא ובפרויקטים מיוחדים

• בניית סידורי עבודה וניהול עומסים בזמן אמת

• ניהול מלאי חומרי גלם, פרחים, אריזות ומוצרים נלווים

• עבודה שוטפת מול מערך השליחים וממשקים נוספים במותג

• זיהוי הזדמנויות לייעול ושיפור תהליכי העבודה במרלוג

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

• ניסיון של 3 שנים ומעלה בניהול תפעול או לוגיסטיקה ( יתרון משמעותי לניסיון בעולמות הקמעונאות, האירועים או הפרחים)

• ניסיון מוכח בניהול ישיר של צוותים והובלת משימות בשטח

• יחסי אנוש מצוינים, אחריות, סדר וירידה לפרטים

• יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ וניהול עומסים בזמן אמת

• שליטה בתוכנות ניהול מלאי/תפעול וביישומי Office
