Nordic Digital Content Coordinator

Are you passionate about SEO, AI-driven search, digital content, and e-commerce?

We are looking for a driven and proactive Digital Coordinator with focus on content and SEO to join our Nordic Digital & E-commerce team.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving organic growth across our Nordic websites by optimizing content for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences. You will work closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams to maintain our e-commerce platform, improve website visibility, and ensure a best-in-class digital customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Management

• Drive on-page SEO optimization across Nordic websites by conducting keyword research, creating and optimizing high-quality content, and continuously improving search performance in line with user intent and business objectives.
• Support the ongoing development and maintenance of our e-commerce platform, including website updates, issue resolution, and content management.
• Implement and maintain website articles and landing pages within the CMS while ensuring SEO and content quality standards are met.
• Optimize and format images and digital assets for web publishing.
• Manage and coordinate smaller digital projects, including content rollouts across all Nordic market websites.

Business Support

• Support the Marketing team with finance-related activities
• Coordinate and maintain product e-learning materials, ensuring training content remains accurate, relevant, and up to date.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience working with SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and website performance improvements.
• Experience working with CMS tools.
• Photoshop or equivalent image-editing skills.
• A strong understanding of today's digital landscape, customer journeys, and digital marketing best practices.
• Native-level Swedish language skills.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Not required, but merit:

• Merit: Experience working in SEMRush, Google Analytics, Commercetools and Contentful
• Merit: Experience working with e-commerce
• Merit: knowledge in Danish, Finnish or Norwegian
