VACANCY: NOTES COUNTER – BULK ROOM

Job Summary

We are seeking an accurate, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Notes Counter to count, sort, verify, and arrange banknotes in the institution's bulk room while ensuring accuracy and compliance with cash-handling procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Count, sort, and arrange banknotes accurately.

• Verify cash amounts and identify suspicious or counterfeit notes.

• Operate cash-counting machines where required.

• Reconcile cash and report discrepancies promptly.

• Maintain accurate cash-counting records.

• Follow security, confidentiality, and cash-handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of ND.

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

• High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability.

• Ability to work accurately under pressure.

• Previous cash-handling or notes-counting experience is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• ₦160,000 net monthly.

• HMO coverage.

• Opportunity to move to another department after six months, subject to performance and the institution's requirements.
