NOW HIRING: BUILDING ENGINEER

We are looking for a reliable, technically capable, and service-oriented Building Engineer to join our Team and support the day-to-day technical operations and maintenance of condominium properties in Quezon City.

The Building Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that building facilities, equipment, and technical systems are safe, reliable, properly maintained, and operating efficiently. The role will work closely with the Property Manager, technical personnel, contractors, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily building technical operations and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of building equipment and facilities.
• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs involving electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, and fire protection systems.
• Supervise and coordinate technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor work orders and ensure maintenance activities are completed properly and on schedule.
• Maintain equipment records, maintenance logs, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
• Identify potential equipment failures, safety concerns, and maintenance requirements.
• Assist the Property Manager with technical concerns, maintenance planning, and contractor coordination.
• Respond to technical emergencies and building-related issues when required.
• Ensure maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety requirements, applicable regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or related Engineering course.
• Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• At least 2 years of experience in Building Engineering, Facilities Management, Condominium Operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience with building electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, and fire protection systems.
• Experience coordinating technicians, contractors, and service providers is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willing to work on-call and respond to technical emergencies when required.
