At Northwest Decks Plus, we specialize composite decking, all deck railing types, (specializing in ss cable, glass and all picket types including but not limited to horizontal and vertical pickets) waterproof deck systems (membrane, deck coatings and under deck systems, pergolas, and custom outdoor living spaces. We’re not looking for someone who just wants a job-we’re looking for people who care about craftsmanship, enjoy working as a team, and want to build projects they’re proud to put their name on.

What We’re Looking For:

• Decking or general carpentry experience (composite decking experience is a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints and plans preferred
• Leadership and job-management experience for our Lead Carpenter/Foreman position
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
