NOW HIRING: LEAD GUTTER TECHNICIAN

Bob’s Seamless Rain Gutters is looking for an experienced, dependable Lead Gutter Technician to join our growing team!

We’ve been locally & veteran owned and serving the Spokane area since 1995, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and knows what it takes to get the job done right the first time.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Gutter installation experience REQUIRED
• Experience leading a crew or working as a lead technician
• Strong knowledge of gutter installation, downspouts, corners, outlets, hangers, and related materials
• Comfortable working from ladders and heights
• Able to read and understand job measurements and layouts
• Can identify and correct problems before leaving the job
• Dependable and on time Monday–Friday
• Organized and able to keep a crew moving efficiently
• Good communication with customers, office staff, and crew members
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and keeping the job site clean
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must be able to work independently and make good decisions in the field
• Must have a team-first attitude

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead a gutter installation crew
• Install seamless rain gutters and downspouts
• Ensure jobs are completed correctly, efficiently, and on schedule
• Double-check your work before leaving the job site
• Communicate with the office regarding job progress, materials, and any issues
• Train and help develop other gutter technicians
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and job site
• Represent Bob’s Seamless Rain Gutters professionally with every customer

THE RIGHT PERSON:

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You should already understand the gutter business and be confident leading a crew.

We want someone who is dependable, hardworking, organized, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work.
