• Lead group fitness classes, demonstrating exercises and motivating participants to reach their goals.
• Educate clients on body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy to promote safe exercise practices.
• Design innovative program routines that incorporate strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and functional movement.
• Track client progress regularly and adjust programs accordingly to optimize results.
• Promote health club memberships and personal training services through effective sales techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized training environment adhering to safety standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and continuing education to enhance professional skills.

Experience

• Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction within a health club or gym setting.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, anatomy, and program design principles.
• Experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate clients and foster a positive fitness environment.
• Skills in fitness sales and customer service are preferred for promoting memberships and services effectively.
• Certifications in personal training or related fields are highly desirable; ongoing education in fitness science is a plus.
