NP-Sales Lead-Nepal

• Lead the acquisition of key clients by identifying high-potential leads and converting them into long-term business partners
• Analyze competitor offerings and develop winning sales strategies
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent revenue growth and client onboarding
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Ops, Finance, Legal, Tech) to develop and deliver customized solutions to the clients
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and commercials in line with company guidelines and revenue targets
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
• Maintain key account relationships to ensure satisfaction, renewal, and upselling of value-added services

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the logistics, e-commerce, or 3PL space
• Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation in a B2B setting
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, pricing models, and SLAs in the local market
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and deliver on aggressive targets
• Must have 2-wheeler driving license
