Job Title

NPD Engineer – Wiring Harness

Job Location: Jigani, Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience Required

Minimum 2 to 5 Years

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering
• Experience in Wiring Harness Industry preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Wiring Harness Design & Development
• Handling complete NPD Projects from RFQ to SOP
• BOM Preparation & Product Costing
• Routing, Packaging & Layout Design
• Customer Interaction & Technical Discussions
• Feasibility Analysis & RFQ Management
• Supporting Prototype Development and Validation till Production
• Implementation of Quality Tools such as 8D & Root Cause Analysis
• Coordination with Production, Quality & Purchase Teams

Skills Required

• Knowledge in Wiring Harness Design
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills
• Good Communication & Customer Handling Skills
• Experience in Costing & Feasibility Studies
• Knowledge of Automotive Quality Tools

Preferred Candidate

• Candidate with Automotive / Wiring Harness experience will be preferred
• Immediate joiners are an added advantage
