NPD Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new products from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, define product requirements, and create detailed designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, costing analysis, and P&L projections for new product initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product development process.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in NPD engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of new product design, development, testing, and commercialization processes.
• Proficiency in creating detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Experience with RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
