Npd Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage new product development projects from concept to production launch.
• Coordinate and implement APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities.
• Prepare and maintain PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
• Develop and update Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
• Coordinate tooling design, development, validation, and trial activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Purchase, and Customer teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful product launch.
• Support product validation, customer approvals, and process audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives during product development and production readiness.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and automotive industry requirements.
