• Independently handle NPD and Manufacturing Engineering activities.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Line Balancing, Line Layout & Time Motion Study.
• Line setup for new/existing projects with focus on low-cost manufacturing.
• Productivity improvement, manpower reduction, VAVE & process improvement.
• Team handling, motivation, retention and departmental activity monitoring.
• Customer coordination and timely project execution.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal, welding, fabrication & heavy press shop.
• Good exposure to tools, dies and fixtures.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record in independently handling new product development/manufacturing projects.
