Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and execution-driven NPD professional to support the Corporate Chef in developing innovative and scalable products for a fast-growing QSR brand.

The role involves product ideation, recipe development, vendor coordination, trials, commercialization, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, SCM, QA, marketing, and training teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize new food products and LTOs
• Coordinate with vendors for product sourcing and development
• Conduct kitchen trials and outlet-level pilot testing
• Work on recipe optimization, costing, and scalability
• Prepare SOPs, product specifications, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in QSR, food manufacturing, or product development
• Strong culinary and product development skills
• Understanding of QSR operations and food commercialization
• Experience in vendor management and product sourcing
• Good knowledge of recipe standardization & commercialization
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred

Experience in Chinese,Indian,Global cuisine/QSR brands

Exposure to sauces, frozen foods, and ready-to-cook products
