Role Summary

In one of our Reputed Client Organization has an Exciting opportunity for NPD Manager will translate market and customer requirements into a governed product-development pipeline for attachments and engineered products, balancing technical feasibility, timing, cost, quality and manufacturing readiness.

• Own NPD roadmap, project prioritization, stage-gate governance and resource planning.

• Convert customer and market needs into product requirements, specifications and project charters.

• Lead concept selection, design reviews, DFMEA, prototype planning, testing and validation.

• Coordinate design, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, sales and suppliers through launch.

• Monitor timelines, risks, technical decisions, cost targets and product readiness.

• Ensure documentation, compliance, engineering changes and lessons learned are controlled.

• Drive value engineering, platform reuse and continuous improvement across product families.

• Develop NPD team capability and stakeholder reporting discipline.
