NPD Project Coordinator

Coordinate and drive multiple new product development and launch projects from concept to commercialization. Act as the central point of coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements, while providing timely updates, risk management and project dashboards to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple NPD projects and maintain project plans, launch trackers and milestone schedules.
• Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Planning, Sales & Marketing, Regulatory and external suppliers to ensure launch readiness.
• Track artwork approvals, packaging development, raw material availability, regulatory approvals, product trials and commercialization activities.
• Organize NPD review meetings, prepare minutes and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Prepare daily/weekly project updates, dashboards and management reports for the Director.
• Identify, monitor and escalate project risks, delays and bottlenecks with recommended corrective actions.
• Maintain complete NPD documentation in accordance with GMP, company SOPs and document control requirements.
• Drive effective communication across all stakeholders to achieve successful on-time product launches.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • 35 years' experience in NPD, Project Coordination or Product Commercialization within Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
