Key Responsibilities:

• Handle NPD Quality, APQP, PPAP, FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA), Control Plan, PFD, and quality documentation.
• Conduct product/process validation, prototype, pilot and pre-production trials.
• Identify quality risks, CTQs and drive 8D, RCA, CAPA and defect prevention.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Supplier, Procurement and Customer Quality teams.
• Manage supplier quality, development PPAP and quality readiness.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, GD&T and 8D.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
