该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、制定样品整个导入计划，并协调各个部门按照计划加工； 2、制定并跟进样品品质改善计划，以达到新产品转量产条件； 3、按照技术路线制定工艺&物料开发计划，并协调各个部门资源以保证开发进度正常进行； 4、对异常产品的分析、处理及跟进改善结果。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上载板产品开发相关经验； 3、熟悉产品开发整个流程，熟悉office办公软件； 4、抗压力强，具备良好的职业素养。
