What you'll be doing?

• Lead Project Success: Take charge of the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring every phase is executed flawlessly.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work hand-in-hand with customers and internal teams, keeping everyone informed and projects on track.
• Resource Management: Identify and manage resources efficiently, preparing detailed project timelines and evaluating financials.
• Compliance and Quality: Ensure all projects adhere to required policies, procedures, and government regulations, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Prototype Development: Assist in transitioning design prototypes into high-volume, cost-efficient products, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.

Who are they looking for?

• Engineering Expertise: With a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, you bring the technical knowledge to lead and innovate.
• Experienced Professional: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or industrial engineering, with CNC experience preferred, showcasing your ability to manage complex projects.
• Leadership and Teamwork: Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Independent and Organized: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, coupled with excellent organization and management skills.
