- Working Hours: Mon - Fri /8.15AM - 5.45PM
- Location : Woodland
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop injection moulding processes for new products.
- Plan and run mould trials from T0 to T3.
- Optimise processes using DOE and scientific moulding.
- Support DFM, tool reviews and Moldflow analysis.
- Lead process validation and prepare documentation.
- Transfer validated processes to production.
Requirements:
Min 3 years’ experience in injection moulding and supporting NPI projects
Familiarity with DOE, Moldflow and process capability
