NPI Engineer

• Design for Manufacturability (DFM/DFA): Review product designs early to ensure they can be built efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively.
• Process Development and Validation: Develop production workflows, select tooling and equipment, and execute formal qualifications like IQ/OQ/PQ (Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification) or Safe Launch plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations to track milestones and resolve build issues.
• Yield and Troubleshooting Analysis: Investigate line-stop issues, component failures, and low first-pass yields using root-cause analysis tools.
• Documentation and Change Control: Create and maintain manufacturing instructions, Bill of Materials (BOMs), engineering change notices (ECNs), and production documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and cost-reduction initiatives once the line transitions to steady-state manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical , Electrical , Industrial , Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production engineering, or NPI environment.
• Working knowledge of quality and statistical tools: FMEA, DFM/DFA, SPC , DOE , and 8D problem-solving.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools and ERP/MRP systems.
• Data analysis tools like Minitab or JMP are often preferred.
• Strong project management abilities, cross-functional leadership, and clear technical communication.

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
