NPI Engineer – Metal Fabrication

We are looking for an NPI Engineer to lead new product introduction and product transfer projects from customer to production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, prepare engineering documentation, coordinate project activities, and drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from customer transfer to production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Plan, monitor, and report project progress to Engineering Manager.
• Prepare and maintain NPI documentation, including BOM, Work Instruction (WI), PCP, FMECA, Oracle DJ, CPK, SPC, Process Flow, and related documents.
• Prepare RFQ and support quotation activities.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on material procurement and delivery.
• Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support and resolve engineering issues during project implementation.
• Support product transfer and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background are also welcome to apply.
• Experience in BOM creation, Engineering Documentation, and Product Transfer.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Familiar with ERP systems (Oracle is an advantage).
• Good project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English will be an advantage.
