NPI Engineer (PCBA & Electronics Manufacturing)

Job Info:

• Basic up to $5500
• Yearly Variable Bonuses
• Monday - Friday schedule: 8:30am - 6pm
• Location: Serangoon North
• Well established PCBA & Electronics Manufacturing company

Job scope:

• Plan and manage projects for complete assembled products, including timelines, resources, and production readiness.
• Lead NPI and product transfer activities from development through mass production.
• Support product engineering activities such as ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAPA, and production issue resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation, including FAA, quality plans, and manufacturing records.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Electronics Engineering with minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in PCBA, EMS, or electronics manufacturing.
2. ISO 13485 / FDA experience preferred.
