NPI Engineer/Associate Engineer - New Product Introduction (DIP/DEG Engineering)

Who We’re Looking For :

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in NPI, manufacturing, production engineering, or process engineering or product development will have an added advantage.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow and product development.
• Strong coordination, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Indesign/Coreldraw or similar software will be an added advantage.
• Willing to learn and take initiative, with a strong interest in new product development.
• Able to work closely with Production, Quality team and other departments to support successful product launches.

Important Note : Applicants must be willing to work at our current location in Taman Ria Jaya (Sungai Petani) and at our future location in Gurun.

What You’ll Do :

• To manage and enhance mock up and packaging related matter by ensuring it meets both customer's requirement and application, and also in-house capability. To advice sales accordingly on any quality or technical issue raised pertaining to packaging related matter.
• To manage and execute project study request as assigned (product development, product enhancement, improvement project, work flow synchronization)
• To assist pilot test is monitored closely from initial stage till project hand shake between NPI and Operations or related department.
• To provide technical comment and advice on packaging related matter - artwork, structure to meet internal capability and external expectation.
