Intern NPI

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for semiconductor products.
• Help prepare project documents, checklists, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate sample movement and follow up with different teams on project activities.
• Track project status, milestones, and sample progress.
• Maintain and update records in company systems.
• Assist engineers in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
• Support quality checks, yield monitoring, and qualification activities.
• Participate in process improvement and standardization projects.
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Operations teams to solve day-to-day issues.
• Perform other project support tasks as assigned.

Required Experience and Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Software or a related field.
• Interested in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or NPI activities.
• Fair knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fair knowledge with Python or Programming.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and pay attention to details.
• Interest in process improvement and problem-solving.
