NPI Process Engineer

We are currently looking for a NPI Process Engineer to join our team. If you have a strong background in engineering, process development, and new product introduction, we encourage you to apply!

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, preferably Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least minimum of 2 years experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, NPI, or a related role in a semiconductor industry
• Experience in new product introduction, process development, and production transfer is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement, and production equipment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and root-cause analysis is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and engineering reports.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with R&D, Quality, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support new product launches.
