QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years in Electronic manufacturing field.
• Excellent project management skills, ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
• Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering NPI projects on time and withinscope.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes
• Able to use MS Office and Experience with CAD software is advantageous (Gerber viewer , Viewmate, CAD, E-drawing)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Understand PCBA product specifications and design reqs.                 
  - Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to understand PCBA product specifications and design requirements.
                    
2. Lead the NPI process.                                                                                
    - Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.                                                                                                                           
3. Develop detailed project plans.                                                                    

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.                                                                                                                                          
  4. Perform DFM reviews and provide design feedback.                                 
   - Work closely with cross-functional teams to perform DFM reviews and provide design feedback during NPI.

   
                                                                                                                            
5. Coordinate and manage prototype builds.                                           
 - Coordinate and manage prototype builds, ensuring adherence to quality standards and verifying design integrity.                                                                                                     
6.  Develop and maintain documentation of NPI processes.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues.                       
   - Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues during NPI, implementing effective solutions to maintain project timelines.                                                                                                      
8. Conduct thorough testing and verification.                                             
 - Conduct thorough testing and verification of NPI prototypes, ensuring they meet design specifications and reliability standards.                                                                                                     
9. Monitor NPI project progress.                                                                     
 - Monitor NPI project progress, identify potential challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
