Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of NPI projects, ensuring material readiness, inventory control, project timelines and on-time delivery, while serving as the key communication interface between internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track NPI project timelines, milestones and deliverables from project initiation to customer delivery.
• Monitor material procurement and availability, with specific focus on critical and long-lead items.
• Coordinate with SCM, Procurement, Engineering, Production, Quality, Test and Logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor NPI inventory, excess/obsolete materials and inventory exposure and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure on-time completion of builds, qualification and customer deliveries.
• Identify project risks, delays and bottlenecks and drive recovery actions.
• Coordinate and communicate BOM/TDP changes and their impact on material, inventory and schedule.
• Act as the key customer communication interface for NPI project status, risks, timelines and delivery commitments.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide management/customer status reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience in NPI / Project Management in the EMS industry.
• Strong understanding of PCBA/electronics manufacturing and NPI processes.
• Experience in material procurement, inventory management and project scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple NPI projects in parallel.
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel/project tracking tools is preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
