NPI Quality Engineer

• Participate in NPI development process and contribute quality -related insights, review and evaluate customer quality requirements, make sure all quality requirements are achievable.
• Lead the resolution of quality issues during the NPI phase, encompassing components, processes, and finished goods, such as FAI and functional problems.
• Cooperate with related department to prepare quality analysis report based on data and fact.
• Response to customer quality feedback, analysis and feedback of customer complaints.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanic or Electronic or equivalent, at least 5 years working experience in quality control, 3C industry is plus.
• Be familiar with ISO 9000 quality control procedure, IATF 16949 is prefer.
• Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC quality control tools.
• Work effectively with 8D, A3, PDCA, knowing Red-x or 6 sigma is plus.
• Demonstrated QC experience in high-volume production environment, superior data analysis skills utilizing software, such as Minitab, Excel formula.
• Good command of computer, can read and understand the print and its requirements. Fluent in English communication (both written & oral).
