What they need
Quality Engineer – NPI
A growing manufacturing company is adding a Quality Engineer to support new product introductions and customer quality requirements. This position has high growth potential because they will be establishing best practices for the rest of the company
- Lead APQP and PPAP activities for new product launches
- Create PFMEAs, Control Plans, process flows, and inspection documentation
- Review engineering prints and apply GD&T
- Lead corrective actions and structured root cause analysis
- Use SPC and quality data to drive process improvement
- Support ISO compliance and internal/customer audits
- Previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably metals)
- BS in Engineering or related degree preferred
