• Lead and manage IC Substrate NPI projects from development, qualification, pilot run, and mass production stages.
• Act as the primary contact window between customers and internal teams for project-related communication and coordination.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Process, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to achieve 4. project milestones.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate customer requests, engineering changes, and technical reviews throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, yield improvement,quality metrics, and delivery commitments.
• Organize project review meetings and provide regular updates to both management and customers.
• Support issue resolution and customer escalation management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with customer specifications and company quality standards. Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics,Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB, IC Substrate, Semiconductor Packaging, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) project management.
• Good understanding of PCB and/or IC Substrate manufacturing processes.
• Experience working directly with customers in a project management or technical support role.
• Familiarity with IC Substrate or PCB fabrication processes, including:
• Lithography/Etching/Lamination/Drilling/Electroplating/Surface Finishing/Reliability Testing
• Knowledge of problem-solving and quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage. Skills & Competencies
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
