Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist construction crews with daily job-site activities
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and maintain work areas
• Assist skilled tradespeople with assigned tasks
• Perform general cleanup and material-handling duties
• Keep tools and work areas organized
• Follow site safety rules and supervisor instructions
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues when identified

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
• Ability to safely lift and move materials
