NPPD Executive

Company: Vithoba Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd.
Location: MIDC, Hingna Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra
Experience: 2 to 4 years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate Ayurvedic products, including pastes and other herbal-based formulations.
• Work closely with the R&D team on new product development, formulation trials, and product improvement.
• Identify suitable raw materials, herbal ingredients, and excipients for product formulations.
• Conduct formulation trials and coordinate sample preparation, testing, and evaluation.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality Control, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure product quality and feasibility.
• Support product stability studies, quality testing, and documentation as required.
• Research market trends, competitor products, and new opportunities in Ayurvedic and herbal products.
• Assist in scaling up formulations from laboratory trials to commercial production.
• Maintain formulation records, product specifications, and new product development documentation.

Qualification:
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, or a relevant qualification in Ayurvedic, Herbal, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Required Skills:

• Practical knowledge of Ayurvedic, herbal, or paste formulation.
• Experience working with an R&D team on product development.
• Knowledge of raw materials, formulation processes, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
