Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage NRI (Non-Resident Indian) clients' relationships, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to high net worth individuals (HNIs) by understanding their financial goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to NRI banking services.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in NRI relationship management or similar role in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of NRI banking regulations, laws, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with HNI clients from diverse backgrounds.
