What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Offer wealth management services such as portfolio management, investment advisory, and retirement planning.
- Handle cross-selling of various products including life insurance, health insurance, mutual funds, trading accounts, remittances, export import etc.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues related to NRI banking.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in NRI Relationship Management or similar role in Banking industry.
- Strong understanding of HNI sales principles and practices.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
