3、调研与分析分公司重点专题，挖掘业务发展增长点，提出相关的建议供领导参考，推动业务达成。 4、对总公司各项奖励方案、问责方案的解读、宣导、追踪、预警及结果分析，协助总公司对奖励方案、问责方案完善优化 5、业务信息系统的用户培训、使用推广，数据准确性的维护 任职资格 : 1、本科及以上学历，数学、统计学相关专业优先 2、具备敏锐的分析能力和洞察力 3、具有较强的沟通协调能力和报告撰写能力 4、具有一定创新思维
