NTT Project Coordinator - Pre-Primary

Key Responsibilities Academic & Project Leadership

• Design and implement progressive, activity-based and play-way learning modules for Nursery, LKG and UKG.
• Plan and execute pre-primary projects, thematic exhibitions, sports days, cultural events, field trips and annual celebrations.
• Integrate ECCE methodologies, phonics programmes, motor-skill activities and sensory learning into classroom routines.

Teacher Mentorship & Team Management

• Conduct teacher training, orientation and skill-development programmes.
• Mentor NTT and pre-primary teachers on classroom management and child psychology.
• Review daily and weekly lesson plans.
• Inspect classroom environments and conduct teacher performance evaluations.
• Maintain consistent academic standards across sections.
• Oversee teaching aids, craft materials, smart-class content and play equipment.

Student Well-being & Parent Engagement

• Ensure adherence to child safety, hygiene, emotional well-being and nutritional/snack guidelines.
• Handle parent queries, conflict resolution, orientations and PTMs.
• Communicate student milestone achievements with parents.
• Work with teachers and school counselors to identify developmental delays, learning difficulties and behavioural challenges.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. is strictly mandatory.
• NTT/ECCE certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in pre-primary education.
• 2-3 years of administrative/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy, phonics, fine/gross motor development and play-based learning.
• Strong leadership, team-building and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and parent-management skills.
